Founder Glenda Banks has a mainstream media background as a journalist, editor and broadcaster. She is the author of six books on social issues as they impact on families and holds a master's degree in communications with a focus on globalisation of the media, Asian communications and telehealth. She has served on public and private sector boards, councils and committees and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
