To create a communication strategy to establish the organisation as a presence in the corporate community and build media recognition of FBIS International as an independent, reliable and authoritative resource on criminal issues.

The challenge …
FBIS International - now a major corporate entitiy - was then a start-up company with no corporate profile and limited resources. In addition, at that time, there was only limited recognition of the extent of corporate crime in Australia.

The outcome …
Building on the established reputations of the (then) two directors — a former Victoria Police Detective Inspector and a former Victoria Police Commissioner — and high profile FBIS International operatives and associates, we developed a suite of documents to form the basis of promotional material. These included:

	corporate livery and a company brochure
	a comprehensive company profile
	a series of media alerts and media releases
	a series of media briefings on corporate crime and the role of FBIS International in evaluating threats and reducing risks.

This resulted in extensive media coverage across mainstream print journals with a corporate focus, prime time radio and television interviews, and high interest from private and public sector corporates and state and federal governments.
